Here in Houston and in Humble it is illegal to set off fireworks. There are some permitted sites that you have to park some distance away then walk. But then you have Fireworks Stand off of North Park. It is conveniently located in non incorporated Harris County. They also have a huge piece of land perfect fro setting off fireworks. It may not be the perfect background. But for kids the noise and the colorful bangs makes for a great show.
